EXTRA DELICATE PROTECTIVE CREAM

Moisturizing, extra-gentle protective cream with lycopene, hyaluronic acid (sodium hyaluronate), astaxanthin, and hesperidin. Specifically formulated for the treatment of delicate, sensitive skin with rosacea, it has a soothing, emollient, hydrating, and toning effect. Also suitable for skin affected by rosacea. Over time, it helps improve skin health by promoting the reduction of damaged capillaries.

Directions for use : Apply morning and evening to the face, eye contour, neck, and décolleté, massaging gently until absorbed. It is non-greasy and can be an excellent makeup base. In case of hypersensitivity, discontinue use.

  • LYCOPENE
    It is a natural molecule with strong antioxidant properties. As a carotenoid, lycopene is found primarily in certain plant foods such as red tomatoes, pink grapefruit, carrots, and apricots.
  • ASTAXANTHIN
    It is a carotene, therefore a provitamin A; it is used as an antiphotosensitizer, inhibiting the side effects of photoaging, which is caused by excessive sun exposure. Astaxanthin is the most powerful antioxidant known to date; its free radical protection effects are now known to be 550 times more powerful than tocopherol (vitamin E). Astaxanthin is produced by algae, bacteria, and fungi. Synthetic astaxanthin should be avoided because it is a petroleum derivative.
  • BETA-GLUCAN
    Betaglucan is a linear glucose polysaccharide obtained by extraction from yeast cell walls. When applied to the skin, in addition to its moisturizing properties, it protects against oxidative stress induced by UVA radiation and stimulates the proliferation of fibroblasts, which are important for tissue regeneration.
  • BETAINE
    Betaine is a widespread amino acid found in nature. It is obtained as a byproduct of sugar beet processing. At neutral pH, it forms an internal salt. It appears as a white solid, whose main characteristic is its high solubility in water. In solution, it is able to coordinate water molecules, resulting in the formation of very strong hydrogen bonds, making it an excellent humectant and hydrating ingredient. It also has a healing and protective effect on mucous membranes.
