Refund Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days. This means that after receiving your item, you have 30 days to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, unopened, with all original labels attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom-made or personalized products, and personal care products, including cosmetic and beauty products.

Cosmetic products are eligible for return only if they meet all of the following conditions:

  • the product is unopened and unused,
  • the original packaging is intact,
  • all labels and seals are present,
  • proof of purchase is provided.

We do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

14-day cooling-off period for the European Union

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As stated above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, unopened, with all original labels attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
