CHAMOMILE
Chamomile is one of the best-known medicinal plants. The Egyptians dedicated it to the sun, due to the yellow disk at the center of its inflorescence. It has excellent natural anti-inflammatory properties, thanks to the protective action of its mucilage and the components of its essential oil, rich in azulene and alpha-bisabolol. It is used to soothe tissue irritation and decongest.
PROPOLIS
This substance is produced by bees: it appears as a resinous substance that covers the hives and protects them from external agents such as mold, bacteria, and insects. Its name explains its function well: before the city (from the Greek "pro" and "polis"), meaning before the hive to protect it. Bees also use it to repair holes and cracks in the hive, to repair the honeycombs, and as a thermal insulator. It is believed that more than 300 substances are present in propolis. Its properties on the skin are diverse: it is very effective for treating acne-prone and oily skin because propolis rebalances various factors, such as hormonal imbalances and bacterial causes that worsen the condition, limits sebum production, and has a smoothing effect, making the skin smoother.

An active ingredient found in chamomile essential oil. Azulene has soothing, decongestant, softening, and calming properties. Japanese clinical studies have demonstrated positive effects on sunburn, eczema, and skin irritations.
